If after your first treatment you are not completely satisfied with your results or progress, or we have not met your expectations for any other reason, you will be refunded all monies paid IN FULL, OR the session will be re-done for you free of charge.

A follow-up assessment will be booked 1week after your first treatment where an assessment of the treatment success will be made based on a combination of therapist and client feedback, before and after measurements, a physical review of changes in skin tone and texture, and in some cases, diagnostic tests using Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis. There is no pressure to proceed and we always leave the final decision to you.

Important note: Even for the best equipment and most skilled therapists, in any cosmetic procedure the result is dependent on the complex nature of each individual body and the unpredictable and different response of each individual to the treatment. Some clients respond more than others and faster than others. Hence the most ethical, honest and experienced clinic under no circumstances will guarantee perfect or even good results, but we will of course endeavor to achieve them.
